Your new sales super power
How It Works: Your salesperson uses our Salespath™ tablet to present a custom-branded slideshow to every customer along with the sales pitch. We then save a record of every sales pitch (including audio). Once the customer makes a decision, the transaction is processed through your pay station or POS terminal as usual.
Via integrations with your POS, we connect our sales session data with the POS transaction data. This allows us to track the sales results of every pitch and every salesperson and track true performance.
We also use the tablet to stay connected to the salesperson via our message center and show them their near real-time stats for the day including their commissions.

Salesperson Dashboard
In between cars, the salesperson sees their dashboard, which gives them access to all of their stats in near real-time, whether they are hitting targets for the day, their commission totals, messages from coaches and management, training, salesperson leaderboards, and more.

By incorporating game-like elements such as leaderboards, points, and badges, we create a dynamic and engaging environment that fuels their competitive spirit and encourages sustained high performance. Audio Capture
Via the tablet, we record audio of every sales pitch. We then use that to regularly audit and coach all salespeople.

We Coach
We coach with live human coaches as well as Coach Bot, our built-in, AI sales coach who initiates messages on the tablet to salespeople as needed throughout the day. These messages are initiated by the system but our human sales coach is always CC’d so that a helpful dialog can follow. Messages include both encouragement and redirection. It also means that our live sales coaches don’t have to constantly scour the data manually for red flags or reasons to celebrate. They can focus on higher value coaching opportunities.
We Handle Commissions
No more manual calculations, custom spreadsheets and pay period hassle. We automatically calculate and report on commissions to make your life easier. And salespeople don’t have to track on their own, or scan any bar codes for each sale.
We can even handle graduated commissions where salespeople get higher commissions as they reach member milestones. We can reset that count each month or quarter. Salespeople also can see which level they are on and get messages from Coach Bot as they get close and hit targets.

LPR Sales Pitch Personalization
Salespath SmartPitch™ is an optional add-on LPR powered sales pitch personalization feature where we can dynamically personalize the slideshow and sales pitch based on customer history. This way we do not waste a sales opportunity on a low probability pitch and we can drive $/car much higher.
Collect Retail Contact Info
Once it is determined that a customer will choose retail rather than membership, we can prompt the salesperson to collect contact info. This info can be sent to your CRM, or managed internally. This gives you the power of building retail contacts for marketing and upselling.

Founder
Kyle grew up working at the family full-service car wash in Long Island NY and working with his father Alan at Compuwash, one of the earliest tunnel controller companies.
In 2004, Kyle became CEO of Compuwash and developed the industry’s first cloud-based point of sale software. Kyle sold Compuwash to Sonny’s in 2010 where it became Sonny’s Controls.
Most recently, Kyle was VP of Marketing and Customer Experience for Summit Wash Holdings, a private-equity backed chain with locations in the Northeast, Nebraska, and Florida markets.
