Introducing Salespath™
Your new sales super power
The salesperson uses the Salespath™ tablet to present the sales pitch as a slideshow to every customer. We then save a record of every sales pitch (including audio). Once the customer makes a decision, the transaction is processed through your pay station or POS terminal as usual.
Via integrations with your POS, we connect our sales session data with the POS transaction data. This allows us to track the sales results of every pitch and every salesperson and track true performance.
We also use the tablet to stay connected to the salesperson via notifications and chat, drive accountability, and capture data for non-stop analysis and insights.
The Slideshow
Our sales pitches utilize a slideshow, typically made up of 3-5 custom slides that provide a visual highlight for the customer and end on your menu. They provide the salesperson with a pitch framework and triggers for pitch memorization.
It focuses on selling memberships, but when the customer declines we then focus on selling a top retail package.
These slideshows can be changed regularly, built around promotions, scheduled or pushed out to the field instantly, and can be customized per location.
Salesperson Dashboard
Part of what makes our salespeople perform at such a high level is the accountability.
The salesperson dashboard gives them access to all of their stats, whether they are hitting targets, their commission totals, notifications from coaches and management, training, salesperson leaderboards, and more.
Audio Capture
Via the tablet, we record audio of every sales pitch. We then use that to regularly audit and coach all salespeople.
That enables us to tailor our coaching to each salesperson based on actual customer interactions. We can also celebrate wins and share great pitches with your other salespeople.
LPR Sales Pitch Personalization
Salespath SmartPitch™ is an optional add-on LPR powered sales pitch personalization feature where we can dynamically personalize the slideshow and sales pitch based on customer history.
For example, if a customer declines the membership offer 5 times, AND only buys the basic wash each visit, then the Salespath™ tablet will give the salesperson a notification and then dynamically display a slideshow geared toward getting the customer to simply buy the tire shine extra service. This way we do not waste a sales opportunity on a low probability pitch and we can drive $/car much higher. Highly configurable. (Requires 60-90 days of capturing data at your location after LPR camera has been installed.)
Gamification
One of the ways we engage salespeople is though the power of gamification. Gamification motivates salespeople by tapping into their intrinsic desire for achievement and recognition. By incorporating game-like elements such as leaderboards, points, badges, and rewards, we create a dynamic and engaging environment that fuels their competitive spirit and encourages sustained high performance.

We Recruit & Hire
It begins with finding and hiring great candidates. We move them through our applicant tracking system, and then send you several finalists for you to interview in-person. We then can handle offer letters and onboarding into your system.

Kyle Doyle
Founder
Kyle grew up working at the family full-service car wash in Long Island NY and working with his father Alan at Compuwash, one of the earliest tunnel controller companies.
In 2004, Kyle became CEO of Compuwash and developed the industry’s first cloud-based point of sale software. Kyle sold Compuwash to Sonny’s in 2010 where it became Sonny’s Controls.
Most recently, Kyle was VP of Marketing and Customer Experience for Summit Wash Holdings, a private-equity backed chain with locations in the Northeast, Nebraska, and Florida markets.
